Those aren't signs, that just means she's comfortable being that way in her own home.
Using the dildo on herself in front of you while she licks her lips looking directly into your eyes, is a sign.
When I visit my Mom, she's comfortable walking around in her bra around me, but she's not trying to tell me anything, other than it's her house and she'll walk around in it the way she does when I'm not there.
As far as the drawer with panties and dildo, maybe she didn't realize she left them.
If you're looking for advice to get in your mom's pants, I'd say go for it, if you think she wants you, because you've convinced yourself she's showing you signs and no one can change your mind about that.
